ARVADA, CO (Arvada Public Library, Stroke Clinic with Karen Custer, 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, Thursday, October 6, 2016).  Karen Custer, PTA is the Founding Director, StART (Stroke Active Recovery Therapy) and organized the event at the library with food and drinks.  It was a great event with over 40+ in the audience from the community of stroke and traumatic brain injury survivors. We discussed about every stroke survivor can become a “stroke educator” helping other stroke survivors who don’t get the help they need.  Everyone in the audience wanted to be “stroke educators”!
