COLUMBIA, SC (C-STAR, CEU approved lecture at the Aphasia Laboratory, University of South Carolina, 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Thursday, April 6, 2017).  The lecture included researchers, speech language pathologists (SLP), and SLP graduate students.  The presentation was live with online viewers offered questions from around the country. Dr. Julius Fridriksson, Ph.D, CCC-SLP, is the Director, Aphasia Lab and Co-Director, McCausland Center for Brain Imaging, Arnold School of Public Health, USC. Dr. Fridriksson introduced me to the lecture. Leigh Ann Spell, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, Research Clinical Coordinator for the Center for the Study of Aphasia Recovery (C-STAR) coordinated the event as well. There were about 70 people plus 100+ online watching. CEU’s were approved by ASHA Continuing Education. Here is a website of the C-STAR lectures. My lecture will be uploaded soon. http://cstar.sc.edu/lecture-series/  It was a wonderful presentation with many questions about my recovery.
