ORLANDO, FL (Aphasia Access Conference, Friday, March 17, 2017 to March 18, 2017.) Elaine Adler (founder with Mike Adler of Adler Aphasia Center in Maywood, NJ) was awarded an Aphasia Access Leadership Award at the Aphasia Access Conference on Saturday, March 18, 2017. I was lucky enough to have met Elaine almost two years ago just weeks after Mike Adler passing (Three pictures from 2015). As Elaine spoke she talked about their travels with aphasia and mentioned that they were “Have Aphasia, Will Travel” people…my company’s logo! I gave her my card and she loved it!
