STATE COLLEGE, PA (Dr. Chaleece Sanders, Mount Nittany Medical Center, 7:00 PM-8:00 PM, Monday, Nov 7, 2016 & SLP class, Penn State University, Tuesday, November 8, 10:30 AM-12:00 Noon). I spoke to two presentations at Penn State University: one was to a CEU endorsed of a large group (30+) of staff, faculty and stroke survivors at the Galen & Nancy Dreibelbis Auditorium at the Mount Nittany Medical Center. It went very well with plenty of questions about recovery and plasticity. I provided the audience with my PPT. The other presentation was on the second day with the SLP class (35+) at Penn State. It too went very well with lots of questions of how I got better! Two of the students were awarded with prizes…one student as a result of having attended my high school, Radnor High School in Radnor, PA. Her father also went to RHS. Small world!
